Refunds
Once subscribed to IPFingerprint, we will provide an uninterrupted service. This will rely on your website being live. If your website is offline, IPFingerprint will be unable to collect visitor data, however the service will continue to be chargeable dependent upon the type of contract you have with Virtualnet Marketing Ltd (parent company).

Should the IPFingerprint service become offline for a period of 24 hours or more, a refund of fees applicable during that period will be payable and can be claimed by emailing us at support@ipfingerprint.com.
